Refund Policy
At Aesthetics by Emma, all treatments are performed by a qualified Registered Nurse following a detailed consultation and medical assessment. As aesthetic treatments are medical procedures with variable outcomes, the following policy applies
Treatment Outcomes
Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals due to factors such as anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, and skin quality.
For this reason, results cannot be guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with the aesthetic outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Treatments
Once a treatment has been administered, fees are strictly non-refundable.
Time, clinical expertise, prescription products, and sterile consumables are used during your appointment, therefore refunds cannot be issued once treatment has taken place.
If you have concerns about your result, you will be offered a review appointment so your practitioner can assess the outcome and discuss appropriate options where clinically indicated.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
They are redeemable against treatment carried out at the same appointment, should you choose to proceed and be deemed clinically suitable.
Deposits and Appointment Changes
Deposits are required to secure appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to another appointment if at least 48 hours notice is provided.
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being retained.
Suitability for Treatment
All treatments are subject to medical assessment.
If you are deemed not suitable for treatment, the practitioner will not proceed in the interest of your safety. In this situation, the consultation fee remains payable as a professional clinical consultation has been provided.
Complications or Adverse Events
In the unlikely event of a complication, appropriate clinical advice, management, and follow-up care will be provided. Refunds are not issued in relation to complications or adverse events.
Prepaid Treatments or Courses
Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another treatment if clinically appropriate and agreed with the practitioner.
Product Longevity
The longevity of treatments varies between individuals. Natural metabolism of products is expected and does not qualify for a refund or replacement treatment.
