Appointments & Eligibility
You must be 18 years or over to receive treatment.
A valid contact number and email are required when booking.
All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical assessment.
Consultations
Your consultation is an important part of your treatment journey.
Full medical history must be disclosed, including medications, allergies, and previous treatments.
This allows safe and appropriate treatment planning.
A consultation does not guarantee treatment will go ahead.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are carried out following a clinical assessment.
Treatment may be declined if it is not considered safe, suitable, or in your best interest.
Honest, ethical advice will always be provided.
Prescription-Only Treatments
Some treatments require a prescription.
Prescription-only treatments (such as wrinkle-relaxing injections) require a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber.
These treatments will only proceed if clinically appropriate and prescribed in line with UK regulations.
Treatment is not guaranteed following consultation.
Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.
Booking fees are non-transferable outside of the cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in loss of your booking fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Repeated rescheduling may result in restricted booking access.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of your booking fee.
Treatment may be shortened or not carried out if there is insufficient time.
Payments
Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card (card on file, Applepay, Contactless), Klarna, Clearpay
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Results & Aftercare
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions.
You will be given full aftercare advice, which must be followed.
Additional treatments or adjustments may incur further cost.
Complications & Safety
All treatments carry potential risks, which will be explained during consultation.
You must contact the clinic promptly if you have any concerns following treatment.
Urgent medical concerns should be directed to appropriate emergency services where necessary.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Aesthetics by Emma reserves the right to refuse treatment where necessary, including:
Medical contraindications
Unrealistic expectations
Inappropriate behaviour
Failure to follow advice or clinic policies
Clinic Environment
Treatments are carried out in a private, home-based clinic.
Please attend appointments alone unless agreed in advance.
Children are not permitted in the treatment room.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is handled in line with UK GDPR regulations.
Information is stored securely and used only for clinical and communication purposes.
Your details will never be shared without consent unless required by law.
Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken for your medical record.
Separate consent will always be obtained for use in marketing or social media.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
